摘 要: 以化學(xué)共沉淀−熱分解法制備Sm2Fe17合金前驅(qū)體。探討溶液pH值、反應(yīng)物濃度、反應(yīng)溫度以及陳化溫度等對沉淀過程粒度和形貌等的影響,研究煅燒、氫預(yù)還原溫度和時間對產(chǎn)物晶型的影響,確定實驗的最優(yōu)條件;采用紅外光譜、XRD以及SEM等手段進(jìn)行檢測。結(jié)果表明,該前驅(qū)體化學(xué)成分配比準(zhǔn)確,釤鐵摩爾比約為2׃17,結(jié)構(gòu)完整,并且粒度分布均勻,完全符合作為磁性材料前驅(qū)體要求。

Abstract:Sm2Fe17 alloy precursor was prepared by chemical co-precipitation and heat decomposition method. A variety of factors influencing the particle size and morphology such as solution pH value, reactant concentration, reaction temperature and aging time were investigated. The reaction temperature and time of calcination and deoxidization beforehand by hydrogen gas which influenced the product state were analyzed, and the optimum conditions were also determined using infrared spectrum, XRD and SEM. The results show that the component of the precursor is accurate, the mole ratio of Sm and Fe is 2׃17, the structure is integral and the particle size is well distributed. It can meet the requirements of being the precursor of the magnetic material.
