摘 要: 以CoCl2為鈷源,六次甲基四胺(HMT)為沉淀劑,十二烷基硫酸鈉(SDS)為表面活性劑,當(dāng)溶劑配比(即無水乙醇與去離子水的體積比)為1׃9時,采用均勻沉淀法合成水滑石結(jié)構(gòu)的α-Co(OH)2。用X射線衍射和掃描電鏡對合成產(chǎn)物的物相和形貌進行表征,通過恒電流充放電和循環(huán)伏安法研究α-Co(OH)2電極的電化學(xué)電容行為。結(jié)果表明:在1 mol/L KOH溶液中,−0.2~0.45 V (vs SCE)電位范圍內(nèi),5 mA電流充放電時,合成的α-Co(OH)2單電極的初始比容量為184.28 F/g,經(jīng)過800次循環(huán)后樣品的比容量仍保持在90%以上。

Abstract:The α-Co(OH)2 with hydrotalcite-like structure was synthesized by homogeneous precipitation method using cobalt chloride as source of cobalt, hexamethylenetetramine(HMT) as precipitating agent and sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) as surface active agent at the solvent ratio (volume ratio of ethanol to deionized water) of 1׃9. The structure and surface morphology of α-Co(OH)2 synthesized were characterized by using X-ray diffractometry and scanning electron microscopy. The electrochemical performances of α-Co(OH)2 were tested with galvanostatic charge-discharge and cyclic voltammetry(CV). The results show that the initial specific capacitance of α-Co(OH)2 electrode reaches 184.28 F/g in 1 mol/L KOH electrolyte in the potential range of −0.2−0.45 V(vs SCE) at the charge-discharge current of 5 mA, and the specific capacitance of 90% is maintained after 800 charge-discharge cycles.
