摘 要: 介紹一種從鉻精礦中制備硫酸鉻的新工藝。實(shí)驗(yàn)確定燒結(jié)、浸出、除鋁、還原和分解等工藝步驟的最佳條件,并對(duì)產(chǎn)品(硫酸鉻(Ⅲ))的性質(zhì)進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果表明,采用本工藝制備的硫酸鉻(III)純度高,鉻含量達(dá)到150~ 250 g/L。其中,適宜的燒結(jié)條件為:溫度1 050~1 150 ℃,時(shí)間60~90 min;適宜的浸出條件為:溫度80 ℃,時(shí)間120~130 min;適宜的除鋁條件為:溫度80 ℃,pH 7~8,時(shí)間120~150 min。

Abstract:The overall flow-sheet of producing chromium (Ⅲ) sulfate was described. The suitable conditions of each process such as sintering, leaching, aluminum removal, reduction, and decomposition conditions were experimentally studied. The results show that it is reasonable to produce high-purity chromium (III) sulfate by the flow-sheet pointed out. The ultimate product is Cr2(SO4)3 solution containing 150−250 g/L Cr. Finally, the optimum parameters of sintering, leaching and aluminum-removal are temperature of 1 050−1 150 ℃, period of 60−90 min; temperature of 80 ℃, period of 120−130 min; and temperature of 80 ℃, pH of 7−8, period of 120−150 min, respectively.
