摘 要: 在αk=1.40、溫度75 ℃、Na2O濃度140 g/L、攪拌速度140 r/min、晶種添加量為80 g/L的實(shí)驗(yàn)條件下,研究五元雜環(huán)類添加劑用量和種類對(duì)鋁酸鈉溶液分解率、產(chǎn)品氫氧化鋁表面形貌及晶型的影響。結(jié)果表明:隨著添加劑分子雜環(huán)上羥基個(gè)數(shù)的增加,添加劑對(duì)鋁酸鈉溶液種分過(guò)程作用由明顯的促進(jìn)作用轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)橐种谱饔茫a(chǎn)品氫氧化鋁表面形貌變化顯著,粒度逐漸減小,細(xì)化現(xiàn)象明顯;但添加劑對(duì)鋁酸鈉溶液種分產(chǎn)品的晶型不產(chǎn)生影響,僅產(chǎn)品的結(jié)晶度發(fā)生微弱變化。

seeded precipitation of sodium aluminate solution

Abstract:Five-membered heterocycles additives were adopted as probe molecule in seeded precipitation process. The effect of the dosage and type of additives on the surface morphology of aluminum hydroxide and crystal was investigated under the conditions of initial αk=1.40, temperature 75 ℃, sodium hydroxide concentration 160 g/L, agitate speed 140 r/min and the quantity of crystal seed 80 g/L. The results indicate that the effect of additives changes from promoting effect to inhibitory effect, the surface morphology of aluminum hydroxide changes significantly when the number of hydroxyl increases, and the particle size decreases gradually. But the crystal shows no change, only the crystallinity of aluminum hydroxide changes weakly.
