汽車用5182鋁合金板材的溫拉伸流變行為

摘 要: 在變形溫度為323~573 K、應(yīng)變速率為0.001~ 0.1 /s條件下,采用Instron−8032電子拉伸實(shí)驗(yàn)機(jī)對(duì)汽車用5182鋁合金板的流變行為進(jìn)行研究,采用修正后的Fields- Backofen方程描述5182鋁合金溫拉伸時(shí)的流變行為,建立5182鋁合金在溫拉伸時(shí)的應(yīng)力-應(yīng)變本構(gòu)模型。結(jié)果表明:在同一應(yīng)變速率下,合金的流變應(yīng)力隨溫度升高而降低;對(duì)于較高溫度(448、523和573 K)、較低應(yīng)變速率( =0.001 /s),合金的流變應(yīng)力出現(xiàn)明顯的峰值應(yīng)力,表現(xiàn)出動(dòng)態(tài)再結(jié)晶特征;隨著應(yīng)變速率增加,合金的流變應(yīng)力呈現(xiàn)穩(wěn)態(tài),表現(xiàn)出動(dòng)態(tài)回復(fù)特征。

Flow behavior of 5182 aluminum alloy for automotive body sheet during warn tensile deformation

Abstract:The flow behavior of 5182 aluminum alloy for automotive body sheet at the strain rate ranging from 0.001 to 0.1 /s and temperature ranging from 323 to 573 K was studied on Instron−8032 tensile tester. A constitutive equation using up-dated Fields-Backofen equation was established to describe the flow behavior of 5182 aluminum alloy during warm tensile. The results show that at the same strain rate the flow stress reduces with increasing temperature. When the deforming temperatures are high (448, 523 and 573 K) and strain rate is low (0.001 /s), the flow stress decreases after a peak value with increasing strain, showing continuous dynamic recrystallization. And with increasing strain rate, the steady state flow characteristics appear, showing dynamic recovery.
