摘 要: 采用Gleeble-1500熱模擬實驗機(jī)研究2519鋁合金高溫變形組織演化行為。利用光學(xué)顯微鏡(OM)及透射電子顯微鏡(TEM)分析合金在不同壓縮條件下的組織形貌特征。結(jié)果表明，2519鋁合金在變形溫度為300~450 ℃、應(yīng)變速率為0.01~1 s−1條件下，僅發(fā)生動態(tài)回復(fù)；而在變形溫度為350~450 ℃，變形速率為10 s−1的條件下變形時，發(fā)生動態(tài)再結(jié)晶，動態(tài)再結(jié)晶機(jī)制為連續(xù)動態(tài)再結(jié)晶和幾何動態(tài)再結(jié)晶。

Abstract: Microstructure evolution of 2519 alloy during compression at elevated temperatures was investigated by compression on Gleeble 1500 dynamic materials test machine. The microstructures of the alloy were analysed with optical microscope and transmitted electron miroscope. The results show that the alloy only dynamic recovery occurred when the test temperature and strain rate of interest were 300−450 ℃ and 0.01−1 s−1; and the dynamic recrystallization was represented when the test temperature and strain rate of interest were 350−450 ℃ and 10 s−1. The machanisms of dynamic recrystallization were continuous dynamic recrystallization and geometric dynamic recrystallization
