摘 要: 為了獲得5A90鋁鋰合金板材在加熱狀態(tài)下的成形極限圖，采用自行開(kāi)發(fā)研制的熱環(huán)境通用板材成形性能實(shí)驗(yàn)機(jī)以及網(wǎng)格應(yīng)變自動(dòng)測(cè)量分析系統(tǒng)，進(jìn)行5A90鋁鋰合金板材在10 mm/min的變形速度和25~300 ℃變形溫度范圍內(nèi)的成形極限圖實(shí)驗(yàn)，研究了變形溫度對(duì)成形極限曲線的影響規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明，5A90鋁鋰合金的成形極限曲線對(duì)溫度表現(xiàn)出顯著的敏感性，其位置的高低并隨溫度的升高而顯著上升。同時(shí)，在實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)的基礎(chǔ)上建立了5A90鋁鋰合金在不同變形溫度下的成形極限計(jì)算模型，為成形極限曲線的計(jì)算和預(yù)測(cè)提供了重要的依據(jù)。

Abstract:The hot sheet formability test machine and the grid measurement and analysis system were used to determine the forming limit diagram (FLD) of 5A90 Al-Li alloy sheet at various temperatures. The effects of forming temperature on the FLD were investigated experimentally at the forming speed of 10mm/min and in the forming temperature range of 25−300 ℃. The results show that the forming limit strain of 5A90 Al-Li alloy increases with increasing temperature. Furthermore, the FLD calculating model of 5A90 Al-Li alloy is built, which is the important foundation to predict the FLD of Al-Li alloy at any temperature.
