摘 要: 以鈦酸丁酯為鈦源,采用水解法制備金紅石型TiO2粉體,用浸漬法將制備的TiO2粉體包覆不同濃度的WO3(記為WO3-TiO2),并采用X射線衍射(XRD)、拉曼光譜(LRS)、透射電鏡(TEM)和紫外−可見(jiàn)漫反射光譜(DRS)等手段對(duì)所得的光催化劑進(jìn)行了表征。以紫外光為光源,Fe3+為電子犧牲劑,包覆型WO3-TiO2粉體為光催化 劑,通過(guò)光催化分解水析氧實(shí)驗(yàn),研究催化劑的光催化活性。結(jié)果表明:WO3包覆能顯著提高TiO2的光催化活性,在12 h內(nèi),包覆2%WO3的TiO2光催化分解水產(chǎn)氧速率最高,達(dá)到約420 μmol/(L·h)。

Abstract:The rutile TiO2 powder photocatalyst was prepared by hydrolysis process, and it was coated with WO3 by dipping process using tetrabutyl titanate(C16H36O4Ti) as raw material. The catalysts were characterized by XRD, Raman spectra (LRS), TEM and diffuse reflectance UV-Vis spectra (DRS). The photocatalytic activity of WO3-TiO2 was studied through the spliting water for O2 evolution using ultraviolet lamp and Fe3+ as light source and electron acceptor, respectively. The results indicate that WO3 coating can improve the photocatalytic activity of TiO2 obviously. The optimum concentration of coated WO3 is 2 %. The maximum speed of O2 evolution for 2% (mole fraction) coated WO3-TiO2 catalyst is 420 μmol/(L•h).
