摘 要: 采用機(jī)械球磨方法在NaAlH4 絡(luò)合氫化物中添加3%(摩爾分?jǐn)?shù))TiZr合金氫化物,合成復(fù)合儲(chǔ)氫材料。采用XRD、SEM和等容法儲(chǔ)放氫性能測(cè)試等技術(shù)對(duì)該復(fù)合儲(chǔ)氫材料的形態(tài)、物相和可逆儲(chǔ)放氫性能進(jìn)行研究。結(jié)果表明:加入TiZr合金氫化物的NaAlH4 可以實(shí)現(xiàn)可逆吸放氫,同時(shí)具有良好的儲(chǔ)放氫動(dòng)力學(xué)性能,在160 ℃、0.1 MPa放氫條件下,其總放氫量達(dá)4.5%(質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)),40 min可逆放氫量超過3.0 %,且具有良好的循環(huán)穩(wěn)定性; NaAlH4 基體中均勻彌散分布的TiZr合金氫化物,在復(fù)合儲(chǔ)氫材料吸放氫前后保持物相和結(jié)構(gòu)不變,對(duì)NaAlH4 絡(luò)合氫化物的可逆儲(chǔ)放氫反應(yīng)起到催化改善作用。

Abstract:The hydrogen storage properties of NaAlH4 doped by 3%(mole fraction) TiZr alloy hydride with ball-milling method was investigated by X-ray diffractometry, scanning electron microscopy and sievert’s technology test. The results show that the TiZr alloy hydride/NaAlH4 composite has good reversible hydrogen storage properties. The hydrogenation and dehydrogenation kinetics of NaAlH4 can be greatly improved by doping TiZr alloy hydride. The reversible dehydrogenation capacity of this composite reaches to 3.0%(mass fraction) in 40 min and 4.5% in 11 h. The TiZr alloy hydride uniformly distributing in the NaAlH4 substrate has stable phase structure during the hydrogenation/ dehydrogenation cycle, indicating that the catalytic effect of TiZr alloy hydride is the main mechanism for improving the reversible hydrogen storage properties of NaAlH4.
