摘 要: 采用工業(yè)用原材料在銅模鑄造條件下研究Fe48−xCr15Mo14C15B6Y2Mx(M為Ni和Nb;x=0,1,2,3)合金的非晶形成能力與力學(xué)性能。TEM和XRD分析表明:當(dāng)M為Nb和x=2時(shí),可獲得直徑為7 mm的塊體非晶合金,而x=0合金形成非晶的直徑小于5 mm。DSC分析表明:Fe48−xCr15Mo14C15B6Y2Nix(x=0,1,2,3)非晶合金過(guò)冷液相區(qū)的溫度分別為38.1、43.7、46.0和35.8 ℃;而Fe48−xCr15Mo14C15B6Y2Nbx (x=1,2,3)非晶合金過(guò)冷液相區(qū)的溫度分別為44.4、47.1和34.4 ℃,過(guò)冷液相區(qū)的大小與合金非晶形成能力具有良好的對(duì)應(yīng)關(guān)系。壓縮實(shí)驗(yàn)表明:Fe48−xCr15Mo14C15B6Y2Nix(x=1,2,3)和Fe48−xCr15Mo14C15B6Y2Nbx(x=1,2)合金的壓縮斷裂強(qiáng)度分別為2 997.9、2 881.9、2 850.7、3 645.7和3 018.9 MPa。而x=0合金的壓縮斷裂強(qiáng)度為2 518.5 MPa。

Abstract:The glass-forming abilities of Fe48−xCr15Mo14C15B6Y2Mx (M are Ni and Nb; x=0, 1, 2, 3) alloys prepared by copper mold casting and the raw industrial materials were investigated by XRD, TEM and DSC. The results show that the bulk metallic glass (BMG) with diameter of 7 mm is fabricated for Fe46Cr15Mo14C15B6Y2Nb2 alloy. The glass-forming ability is much improved comparing to the alloy with x=0. The temperatures of supercooled liquid regions of Fe48−xCr15Mo14C15B6Y2Nix (x=0, 1, 2, 3) amorphous alloys are 38.1, 43.7, 46.0 and 35.8 ℃ while the temperature of Fe48−xCr15Mo14C15B6Y2Nbx (x=1, 2, 3) amorphous alloys are 44.4, 47.1 and 34.4 ℃, respectively, which corresponds to the glass-forming ability of those alloys. The compressive strengths of Fe48−xCr15Mo14C15B6Y2Nix (x=1, 2, 3) and Fe48−xCr15Mo14C15B6Y2Nbx (x=1, 2) are 2 997.9, 2 881.9, 2 850.7, 3 645.7 and 3 018.9 MPa, respectively, the compressive strength of Fe48Cr15Mo14C15B6Y2 alloy is 2 518.5 MPa.
