摘 要: 采用化學(xué)氣相滲透(CVI)法和熱固性樹脂浸漬-炭化法復(fù)合工藝制備含5%TaC的新型C/C-TaC復(fù)合材料，并對復(fù)合材料的微觀結(jié)構(gòu)和力學(xué)性能進(jìn)行了研究。結(jié)果表明：C/C-TaC復(fù)合材料中TaC以涂層形式均勻致密地包覆在炭纖維周圍，形成管狀微觀結(jié)構(gòu)，大大提高C/C-TaC復(fù)合材料試樣的平均強(qiáng)度和韌性。復(fù)合材料試樣平均抗彎強(qiáng)度達(dá)到270 MPa，比C/C復(fù)合材料的提高近70%；最大斷裂位移達(dá)到1.2 mm，比C/C復(fù)合材料的提高近140%，表現(xiàn)為良好的假塑性斷裂。

Abstract:The fabrication of new carbon fiber reinforced carbon-tantalum carbide composites with 5% TaC by chemical vapor infiltration(CVI) and impregnation/carbonization of thermosetting phenolic resin was presented. The microstructures and mechanical properties of C/C-TaC composites were investigated. The results show that TaC with form of coating enwrap evenly and compactly around with the carbon fiber in C/C-TaC composites and form the cannular microstructure, both the average strength and toughness of C/C-TaC composites sample increase apparently. The average flexural strength of C/C-TaC composites sample reaches up to 270 MPa, approximately increases by 70% comparing with C/C composites. The maximum fracture displacement reaches 1.2 mm, approximately increases by 140% comparing with C/C composites, which exhibits shearing failure fracture behaviors.
