化學(xué)鍍鎳-鈷-鐵-磷鍍層的結(jié)構(gòu)和磁性能

摘 要:

采用H3BO3為緩沖劑、檸檬酸鈉為絡(luò)合劑,在弱堿性體系中化學(xué)沉積Ni-Co-Fe-P合金,運(yùn)用能譜分析儀(EDS)、掃描電鏡(SEM)和X射線衍射儀(XRD)研究鍍液pH值對合金結(jié)構(gòu)的影響。結(jié)果表明,隨著鍍液pH值增大,鍍層中Fe和Co含量呈增加趨勢而Ni和P含量趨于減少;鍍層表面圓形顆粒呈密堆積,且隨著鍍液pH值的增加,圓形顆粒的粒徑減小;鍍態(tài)鍍層呈非晶態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)。鍍層在266.9 ℃晶化產(chǎn)生Fe-Co (Pm3m)相,在389.6 ℃生成亞穩(wěn)相Ni8P3 (R3C)和Co3Fe7(Pm3m)相,隨后在500 ℃進(jìn)一步晶化形成Ni3P (I-4)和Ni (Fm3m)相。隨著熱處理溫度的升高,合金的飽和磁化強(qiáng)度和矯頑力呈增加趨勢。

Structure and magnetic performances of Co-Ni-Fe-P alloy plated by electroless deposition

Abstract:Electroless Ni-Co-Fe-P alloys were deposited from a soft alkaline bath, containing boric acid as a buffer agent and sodium citrate as a complexing agent. The effect of the bath pH value on the coating structure was investigated by energy-dispersive X-ray spectral analysis (EDS), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and X-ray diffractrometry (XRD). As a result, with the increase of the bath pH value, the iron and cobalt contents of the deposit increase basically, while the nickel and phosphorus contents decrease. The deposit surface has compact particles,and the particle size increases with the bath pH value. The structure of the deposit is amorphous. The deposit is converted into Fe-Co (Pm3m) phase at 266.9 ℃, and transformed into Ni8P3 (R3C) meta stable phase and Co3Fe7 (Pm3m) phase at 389.6 ℃, and then crystallized into Ni3P (I-4) and Ni (Fm3m) stable phases at 500 ℃. The saturation magnetization and coercivity of the film increase with increasing the heat treatment temperature.
