摘 要: Al-Cu-Mg-Ag合金是在Al-Cu-Mg系合金基礎(chǔ)上開發(fā)的新型合金。根據(jù)成分的不同,該合金的常見析出相有θ′、S′和Ω相,其中在基體{111}面析出的Ω相具有較高的沉淀硬化能力和熱穩(wěn)定性,使得Al-Cu-Mg-Ag成為一種新型中溫高強(qiáng)鋁合金。在簡(jiǎn)要介紹該合金研究過(guò)程的基礎(chǔ)上,回顧該合金強(qiáng)化相的相組成、相的析出序列和熱穩(wěn)定性;同時(shí)總結(jié)以Ω相為主要強(qiáng)化相的合金體系合金化研究進(jìn)展;并對(duì)該合金的研究方向進(jìn)行展望。

Abstract:Al-Cu-Mg-Ag alloys based on the Al-Cu-Mg system are promising materials for new generation supersonic passenger aircraft. The common precipitates include θ′, S′ and Ω precipitates. Ω precipitate forms as thin, finely dispersed hexagonal plates on the {111} slip planes of the matrix, and its morphology remains relatively stable at 200 ℃. The excellent Ω precipitate produces a new medium strength aluminum alloy of high temperatures for their improved creep resistance. The research progress of phase composition, precipitation process and alloying behavior of minor elements in Al-Cu-Mg-Ag alloys was reviewed.
