摘 要: 采用氣−渣−金平衡法測(cè)定CaO-SiO2-Al2O3-MgO-FetO渣系的磷容量,用鉬坩堝作為反應(yīng)容器,Ag-0.2%P合金作為氣−渣−金平衡的熔劑,CO-CO2-Ar混合氣體提供體系的氧分壓,分析了溫度和氣氛對(duì)該渣系磷容量的影響。結(jié)果表明,對(duì)于一定成分的爐渣,當(dāng)體系CO、CO2、Ar組成一定時(shí),隨著溫度由1 723 K增加到1 823 K,CaO-SiO2-Al2O3-MgO-FetO渣系的磷容量降低;在1 773 K,氣氛中氧分壓由3.6×10−5 Pa增大到7.2×10−4 Pa時(shí),磷容量隨著氧分壓的增大而增大。

Abstract:Abstract: The phosphorus capacity of CaO-SiO2-Al2O3-MgO-FetO slags was measured by equilibrating the slags in a molybdenum crucible with CO-CO2-Ar gas and Ag-0.2%P alloy. The effects of temperature and gas pressure on phosphorus capacity were analyzed. The results show that for the slag with constant compositions, under the condition of fixed CO, CO2 and Ar constitution, the phosphorus capacity decreases with increasing temperature from 1 723 K to 1 823 K; the phosphorus capacity rises with the increase of oxygen pressure from 3.6×10−5 Pa to 7.2×10−4 Pa at 1 773 K.
