N摻雜TiO2光催化劑的制備與表征

摘 要: 以飽和尿素溶液水解沉淀工藝制備水合TiO2,將水合TiO2400~700 的空氣氣氛下煅燒2 h,制得淡黃色的N摻雜TiO2光催化劑。對(duì)樣品的煅燒過(guò)程進(jìn)行分析,采用XRDTEMBETUV-Vis等對(duì)其物相、粒徑、比表面積、摻氮量、吸光性能及可見(jiàn)光催化性能等進(jìn)行測(cè)試和表征。結(jié)果表明:摻雜氮元素主要以形成配合物分子形式均勻分布在煅燒前驅(qū)體中,在TiO2從無(wú)定形轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)殇J態(tài)礦型的過(guò)程中,摻雜氮元素以TiN化學(xué)鍵的形式進(jìn)入到TiO2晶格中;該N摻雜TiO2光催化劑樣品的粒徑為10~30 nm,比表面積為30~70 m2/g,摻氮量約3%,能吸收波長(zhǎng)400 nm以上的可見(jiàn)光;樣品在波長(zhǎng)主峰420 nm的熒光燈激發(fā)下,反應(yīng)3 h后對(duì)2,4-二氯苯酚的光催化降解率超過(guò)40%

Preparation and characterization of N-doped TiO2 photocatalyst

Abstract:Under 400−700 ℃ and ambient atmosphere, N-doped TiO2 photocatalyst was prepared by calcining hydrated titanium dioxide which was obtained by using saturate urea solutions as precipitant. The obtained yellow samples were characterized by XRD, TEM and UV-Vis, the calcine process was analyzed, and their photocatalytic activities under visible light were also evaluated. The results indicate that the presence of nitrogen element in the precursor is in the form of complex formation, and nitrogen is doped into TiO2 lattice in the form of Ti—N bond when the crystalline structure of TiO2 changes from amorphous to anatase. The samples grain sizes, specific surface area and nitrogen doping contents are 10−30 nm, 30−70 m2/g and 3%, respectively, and can absorb visible light with wavelength above 400 nm. Photocatalytic activities results show that over 40% 2,4-dichlorophenol can be degraded under visible light irradiation after 3 h reaction.
