摘 要: 利用自行研制的納米摻雜AZ−20熱噴涂粉末,采用大氣等離子噴涂技術(shù),在35號(hào)鋼基體上制備Al2O3/ZrO2復(fù)合材料熱障涂層,對(duì)涂層的組織結(jié)構(gòu)及性能進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果表明:制備的涂層是由四方結(jié)構(gòu)的t′-ZrO2與六方結(jié)構(gòu)的α-Al2O3構(gòu)成的,具有納米晶與微米晶混晶組織;涂層孔隙率為11.2%,孔隙尺度較均勻;涂層硬度HV100為702,抗磨損能力較常規(guī)AZ-20涂層高約25%;涂層具有良好的隔熱性能。

Abstract:The thermal barrier coating of Al2O3/ZrO2 composite coatings on 35# steel substrate were prepared by the air plasma spraying with self-developed AZ−20 nano-doping thermal spray powder. The coating consists of cubic t′-ZrO2 and hexagonal structure α-Al2O3 in nanometer and micrometer; the coating has the uniform porosity of 11.2% and hardness HV100 of 702. Its antiwear ability succeeds that of AZ−20 by about 25%; the coating has good thermal insulation performance.
