電場(chǎng)作用對(duì)提高微生物浸礦性能的影響

摘 要:  在排土場(chǎng)微生物強(qiáng)化浸出過程中,結(jié)合電場(chǎng)生物工程技術(shù),以氧化亞鐵硫桿菌為研究對(duì)象,提出利用電場(chǎng)作用提高微生物浸礦性能的方法,探討電場(chǎng)作用對(duì)微生物生長(zhǎng)代謝以及滲流特性的影響。結(jié)果表明:電場(chǎng)作用對(duì)氧化亞鐵硫桿菌生長(zhǎng)代謝的影響非常明顯,適當(dāng)?shù)碾妶?chǎng)可有效強(qiáng)化其生長(zhǎng)代謝能力,過高的電流會(huì)抑制氧化亞鐵硫桿菌生長(zhǎng);電場(chǎng)作用下,排土場(chǎng)孔隙中微生物的滲流能力明顯增強(qiáng),微生物電動(dòng)滲流效應(yīng)在滲透率高排土場(chǎng)中尤為明顯。

Effect of electric field on improving leaching ability of microbe

Abstract:Using the technology of electric field and microbe in the process of bioleaching, the novel method for improving leaching ability of microbe in ore dump by electric field was put forward, and the influence of electric field on growth and seepage properties of thiobacillus ferrooxidan (T.f) was investigated. The results indicate that it is obvious that the electric field affects on growth of T.f, and the growth ability of T.f can be enhanced or weakened by the electric field. The seepage ability of microbe of T.f well increases under the electric field, and the effect is more effective in the porous of high permeability ore dump.
