摘 要: 在尿素-NaBr-KBr-甲酰胺體系中電沉積制備稀土−鐵系金屬(Sm-Co)合金,研究沉積液中主鹽濃度配比、電流密度等工藝參數(shù)對(duì)沉積膜的形貌及合金含量的影響。用掃描電鏡(SEM)觀察金屬Sm-Co合金沉積膜表面形貌,結(jié)果表明,金屬Sm-Co合金沉積膜較平整均勻,呈現(xiàn)銀灰色;X射線衍射(XRD)分析表明稀土金屬Sm-Co合金為SmCo5六方晶體;特征X射線譜(EDS)證明沉積膜由金屬Sm、金屬Co和極少量的O、C組成,單質(zhì)Sm的含量(質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù))為29.07%,單質(zhì)Co含量為63.51%;Sm與Co的摩爾比約為1׃5;經(jīng)Ar離子對(duì)樣品表面層濺射后,X射線光電子能譜(XPS)測(cè)定結(jié)果進(jìn)一步證明,沉積層為單質(zhì)Sm和單質(zhì)Co。并研究了Sm-Co合金的磁學(xué)性能,如矯頑力、磁矩及最大磁能積。用聚乙烯醇保護(hù)膜涂附可以防止稀土合金氧化。

Abstract: The rare earth-iron series of Sm-Co alloy film on Si substrate were electrodeposited in urea- NaBr-KBr-formamide solution. The results that obtained by XRD, SEM, EDS and XPS and magnetic measurement show that the silver gray alloy film belongs to SmCo5 hexagonal crystal. The film is dense, homogeneity and smooth. The magnetic properties for Sm-Co alloy film was studied, such as the saturation magnetization, coercive force and (BH)max. A polyvinyl alcohol film is deposited on the Sm-Co film for protection of oxidation.
