擠出和退火工藝對AZ31鎂合金組織
和織構(gòu)的影響

摘 要: 研究了擠壓比、擠壓溫度及電場退火對AZ31鎂合金組織和織構(gòu)的影響。結(jié)果表明:擠壓比達(dá)到16時動態(tài)再結(jié)晶基本完成,擠壓比為25時形成平均晶粒尺寸為7.3 µm的均勻組織;隨著擠壓比由小到大,以{0110} 面織構(gòu)為代表的變形織構(gòu)由增強到減弱;而{0221} {1231} 面的再結(jié)晶織構(gòu)由弱到強;提高擠壓溫度,有利于合金元素擴散和動態(tài)再結(jié)晶,阻礙低溫析出物Mg17Al12MnAl的不連續(xù)析出,組織趨于均勻,織構(gòu)組分由低溫變形的 (0110) 面織構(gòu)向高溫變形的{0661} 面織構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)變;電場退火推遲了再結(jié)晶進(jìn)程因而抑制再結(jié)晶晶粒長大,增加了退火織構(gòu)的漫散度。

Effect of extrusion and annealing technology on
microstructure and texture of
AZ31 magnesium alloy

Abstract:The effect of extrusion ratio, temperature and electric field annealing on microstructure and texture of AZ31 magnesium alloy were investigated. The results show that the dynamic recrystallization is completed when the extrusion ratio reaches 16. When the extrusion ratio is 25, the microstructure of fine and even grains with average dimension of 7.3 μm can be obtained. With increasing extrusion ratio, the deformation textures represented by {0110} surface texture decrease, while the recrystallization textures of {0221} and {1231} increase. With increasing extrusion temperature, high temperature extrusion helps to diffuse alloy elements and produces dynamic recrystallization, which stops a discontinuous precipitation of Mg17A112 and MnA1 from being separated out. The microstructure tends to become even. The main texture components have changed from {0110} surface texture to {0661} ore. For AZ31 magnesium alloy, its annealing in electric field delays the process of recrystallization. As a result, it refrains the recrystallized grains from growing and increases the diffusion of annealing texture.
