摘 要: 采用超聲霧化熱分解裝置,對噴霧熱分解法制備超細(xì)銀粉進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)研究。考察了爐子溫度、硝酸銀水溶液濃度、超聲霧化裝置功率、硝酸銀溶液及載氣流量等因素對產(chǎn)物粒子形貌、粒度分布的控制行為。研究結(jié)果證實,噴霧熱分解制備微米級球形金屬銀粉技術(shù)具有廣泛應(yīng)用前景。

Abstract:Micro-sized spherical silver powders were prepared by spray pyrolysis of aqueous solutions of AgNO3, using a spray pyrolysis apparatus with an ultrasonic atomizer. The effects of furnace set temperature, concentration of aqueous AgNO3 solutions, power of ultrasonic atomizer and flux of aqueous AgNO3 solution as well as carrier gas on the morphology and particle size distribution of silver powders, were investigated systematically. The results show that the technique of spray pyrolysis for preparing micro-sized spherical silver powders has the prospect of application.
