摘 要: 采用均勻沉淀法,利用硫代乙酰胺在酸性溶液中的熱分解,制備出球形ZnS顆粒。結(jié)果表明:制備工藝對ZnS顆粒形核的臨界過飽和度沒有明顯的影響;ZnS顆粒的長大受擴散控制,顆粒形核尺寸不受濃度和pH值的影響,只受溫度的影響,并隨溫度的升高而減小;顆粒長大系數(shù)k0受溫度、濃度和pH值的影響,升高溫度、增加濃度和提高pH值都會引起晶粒長大系數(shù)k0的增大。

Abstract:Spherical ZnS particles were homogeneously precipitated by thermal decomposition of thioacetamide in acidic solutions. The result shows that the experimental variables have no apparent effect on the value of critical supersaturation for nucleation. The particle growth of ZnS proceeds through diffusion-controlled aggregation of crystallites. The nucleus size depends on temperature and decreases with the increase of temperature. The particle growth coefficient depends on temperature, concentration and pH value and increases with the increases of temperature, concentration and pH value.
