熱變形條件對(duì)Ti60合金微觀組織的影響

摘 要:

研究變形工藝參數(shù)對(duì)Ti60合金微觀組織(初生α相尺寸和體積分?jǐn)?shù))的影響。實(shí)驗(yàn)時(shí)選取的變形溫度為 900、930、960和980 ℃,應(yīng)變速率為0.001、0.01、0.1、1.0和10.0 s−1,變形程度為50%、60%和70%。結(jié)果表明:變形溫度對(duì)Ti60合金微觀組織有著顯著影響。在(α+β)兩相區(qū),隨著變形溫度的升高,初生α相含量減少,而α相尺寸呈先增大后減小的趨勢(shì);應(yīng)變速率對(duì)Ti60合金變形組織中初生α相的形態(tài)有較大影響。隨著應(yīng)變速率的增加,晶粒尺寸呈先減小后略有增大的趨勢(shì),初生α相含量呈逐漸減小的趨勢(shì);變形程度存在一臨界值,超過(guò)這一臨界值后,變形程度的增加有利于晶粒的細(xì)化;初生α相含量隨著變形程度的增加呈先增大后減小的趨勢(shì)。

Effects of deformation parameters on microstructure of
Ti60 titanium alloy

Abstract:Effects of the deformation parameters on the microstructure of the Ti60 titanium alloy, including grain size and volume fraction of α phase were investigated using compression tests. Experiments were conducted on the material with (α+β) phases at deformation temperatures of 900, 930, 960 and 980 ℃, strain rates of 0.001, 0.01, 0.1, 1 and 10 s−1, and height direction reductions of 50%, 60% and 70%. The results show that the deformation temperature has significant influence on microstructure of Ti60 titanium alloy. In two phases region, the volume fraction of α phase decreases with increase of deformation temperature, but the grain size increases first and then decreases with deformation temperature. The strain rate affects the morphology of α phase of Ti60 titanium alloy. With increase of strain rate, the grain size decreases first and then slightly increases, and the volume fraction of α phase decreases with increase of strain rate. The suitable height reduction makes grain size fine when it overtakes the threshold, and with increase of height direction reduction, the volume fraction of α phase increases first and then decreases.
