鎳−磷−鈦酸鉀晶須化學(xué)復(fù)合鍍層的制備及性能

摘 要: 采用化學(xué)復(fù)合鍍方法制備鎳鈦酸鉀晶須復(fù)合鍍層,用掃描電鏡和金相顯微鏡觀察復(fù)合鍍層的表面形貌和斷面結(jié)構(gòu),用XRD研究時(shí)效溫度對(duì)鍍層組織結(jié)構(gòu)的影響,并解釋時(shí)效溫度對(duì)鍍層顯微硬度的影響機(jī)制。采用交流阻抗技術(shù)和中性鹽霧實(shí)驗(yàn)研究鍍層的耐腐蝕性能。在銷盤式摩擦磨損試驗(yàn)機(jī)上進(jìn)行復(fù)合鍍層的摩擦磨損性能測(cè)試。結(jié)果表明:鍍層的顯微硬度隨溫度的變化曲線呈單峰形態(tài),在400 時(shí)達(dá)到最大值;復(fù)合鍍層具有良好的耐腐蝕性能和摩擦磨損性能,在同等實(shí)驗(yàn)條件下,復(fù)合鍍層的磨損率只有Ni-P鍍層的1/4

Preparation and properties of electroless composite plating of nickel-phosphous-potassium titanate whisker

Abstract:Nickel-phosphorus composite coatings containing potassium titanate whisker (PTW) were prepared by electroless plating. The surface morphology and cross-sectional microstructure of the coatings were investigated by scanning electron microscopy and optical metallographic microscopy. The effect of aging temperature on the microstructure of the coatings was studied by XRD, and the effect of aging temperature on microscopic hardness was analyzed. The corrosion behavior of the electroless coatings was examined by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and neutral salt spray test. The tribological performances of coatings were evaluated by a pin-on-plate wear tester. The results show that the corrosion resistance of composite coating is improved significantly by incorporation of PTW. The composite coatings exhibit higher wear resistance. The wear rate of the composite coating is approximately one-fourth of that of Ni-P coating under the same conditions.
