摘 要: 綜述了目前應(yīng)用于涂層基體的無(wú)立方相層含氮功能梯度硬質(zhì)合金的研究進(jìn)展；詳細(xì)介紹無(wú)立方相層的形成熱力學(xué)基礎(chǔ)、梯度結(jié)構(gòu)特征、機(jī)理和動(dòng)力學(xué)研究進(jìn)展以及力學(xué)性能和切削性能；重點(diǎn)評(píng)述C、N含量以及組分對(duì)無(wú)立方相層的影響規(guī)律；提出獲取合金系統(tǒng)真實(shí)的熱力學(xué)相圖和動(dòng)力學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)是今后研究工作的重點(diǎn)。

Abstract:The advance in functionally graded cemented carbide containing nitrogen with cubic carbide free layer (CCFL), which is used as coating substrate, was reviewed. Some aspects of CCFL were introduced in detail, including the thermodynamic foundation, the gradient structure features, formation mechanism and kinetic progress, mechanical properties and cutting performance. The effects of content of C, N and components on CCFL were commented. Focus on real thermodynamic phase diagrams and kinetic data in alloy system in the future research was proposed.
